For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry may only be returned if they are unopened, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.<\/div>

To start a return, please contact us at contact@apodu.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your request. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please include clear photos of the product and packaging.<\/div>
